Watermelon Tourmaline is a rare gemstone that traditionally has a pink center and green perimeter, resembling a watermelon and its rind. However, watermelon tourmaline ranges in many vibrant colors combinations. This is one of the very few gemstones in which the formation process is visibly etched into the mineral.
