Carved by a master. This large scarab, carved into a stable pink Ethiopian opal, is absolutely beautiful. It was hand-fashioned in Australia by a master gemstone carver, and we set into a streamlined bezel with an open back to highlight the beautiful flashing of this unique opal.
Opals were once said to provide a cloak of invisibility if wrapped in a bay leaf and held in the hand. They are known as a stone that brings luck to the wearer. They are the October birthstone.
Made completely by hand in recycled 18k and 22k gold, this is truly a one of a kind charm. It has a looped oval bale that will fit most chains.
